Welcome to All My Lists.
These Terms govern your use of the application provided by Frankly, LLC. By downloading or using the app, you agree to these Terms.
License
Frankly, LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use All My Lists for your personal, non-commercial use.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or resell any part of the application except as permitted by applicable law.
Your Data
Your information belongs to you.
All My Lists stores your information locally on your device.
If you export a local backup, you choose where to keep it. Backup files contain readable list data. Automatic cloud backup is not available yet.
Frankly, LLC does not store your information on its servers and cannot access, retrieve, or recover your lists or other personal data.
You are responsible for keeping a usable backup file if you wish to preserve your information in the event your device is lost, damaged, reset, or replaced.
Security
All My Lists includes optional app lock and device authentication where supported, plus local backup export.
These features are provided to help protect your information but cannot guarantee complete security.
You are responsible for:
- Securing your device.
- Keeping any app password confidential.
- Managing who has access to your device.
- Keeping a usable backup file if you wish to preserve your data.
Frankly, LLC is not responsible for unauthorized access resulting from a compromised device, disabled security features, unavailable third-party cloud services, user error, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
No Warranty
All My Lists is provided "as is" and "as available."
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Frankly, LLC disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, availability, accuracy, and non-infringement.
We do not guarantee that the app will always operate without interruption or error.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Frankly, LLC, its owners, employees, affiliates, licensors, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, All My Lists.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Loss of data.
- Failure to enable or maintain backups.
- Device loss or failure.
- Operating system updates.
- Hardware replacement.
- Lost profits.
- Business interruption.
- Lost opportunities.
- Personal organization or productivity outcomes.
- Emotional distress.
- Any other indirect or consequential damages.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Frankly, LLC's total liability for any claim arising from or relating to the app shall not exceed the amount you paid for All My Lists.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability. In those jurisdictions, portions of this section may not apply.
Organization Disclaimer
All My Lists is a personal list and organization tool.
It is not intended to provide medical, psychological, legal, financial, business, or professional advice.
You remain solely responsible for your decisions, actions, and outcomes.
Availability and Updates
We may update, improve, modify, suspend, or discontinue features of the app at any time.
Nothing in these Terms guarantees that any particular feature or version will remain available indefinitely.
App Store Terms
If you download All My Lists through the Apple App Store or Google Play, your use of those platforms is also subject to their applicable terms, conditions, and policies.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
The updated version will become effective when posted with a revised Effective Date.
Continued use of the app after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
